Q9. How do i know what wavelength is suitable for me?
A: Normally Wavelength of UV LED lamps is between 365-405nm, inkjet printers use 395nm,
printing machine use 385/395nm , UV glue curing requires 365nm.

A: Air cooling is the most common method for cooling UV LEDs, Water cooling is also a good alternative.

1) The operation of welding should not exceed the time limit;
2)Make sure that the welding temprature is below 260C degrees at all time.
3)Aviod lens damage during welding.
4) Make sure that the cooling system is working actively, efficeiently and is dissipating heat.
