Matters needing attention

Warm reminder, in order to make our products play the best performance, and to reduce

the failure of customers when using the product, please pay attention to:
1) During the entire use process, all people who are in direct contact with UVLEDs should

take measures to prevent and eliminate static electricity, and do not directly touch UV LEDs with their hands.
2) Pay attention to the welding time and temperature when welding, and distinguish between positive and negative polarity.
3) Electrical parameters such as current and voltage must not exceed the rated value.

 

Attention should be paid to welding high-power UV LED:
1) The welding time should not exceed 3S;
2) The welding temperature should be lower than 260 degrees Celsius.
3) Reflow soldering is only allowed once.

4) When welding, distinguish positive and negative polarity, and avoid lens to avoid damage to lens.
5) Do a good job of heat dissipation measures, especially high-power UVLED

as far as possible to ensure adequate radiator area.
