For high power weliding using UV LED the following points should be followed
1) The operation of welding should not exceed the time limit;
2)Make sure that the welding temprature is below 260C degrees at all time.
3)Aviod lens damage during welding.
4) Make sure that the cooling system is working actively, efficeiently and is dissipating heat.
